Fireworks

1.
Fireworks 03:14
Brought against your will to the arms of Love finally released and not ready to move towards a future somehow brighter Not so easy when all I remember is fireworks Fireworks burning through my eyes Tears won't put them out Nor will so, so much time.
2.
Rumours 02:59
Rumours. What can I say to draw the attention away before I'm a hunchback before I go blind before I freeze to death in the street? Before this buffet but I don't want to eat even though I have not for a week. Look what I did. I'm not helpless. I have bled by my own hand. Rumours. What can I do? I need truth or Love to get me through. Rumours. What can I say to draw the attention away?
3.
Serenade 02:55
I cannot help but swoon, fighting the urge to serenade awaiting a state of Grace. I cannot fight, nor can I stand it. I'm in short supply of better things to do. I was moved... You, mildly amused. I don't want to go to sleep while I remember your eyes, imagine your taste and fall on a rhyme to your name I was moved You, mildly amused.
4.
Tender Age 02:57
Dancing shoes abandoned in store-front entrances, downtown While veins through the sky uncover purple light in living walls of cloud. Will life ever be this beautiful? I can't wait, but I will. At this tender age I'm delicate. I don't want to pull myself together just yet. I can't wait but I will.
5.
I remember I swallowed my heart. They told me I had the part. Not too many lines, That was all well and fine, a smoother ride from a bumpy start. Each sunrise a new world I could conquer... Everybody staking claims Shaking hands, exchanging and forgetting names, Not to be the same forever after. Who will hear my lightest voice in this heavy world of so much noise and what is it I have to say that's so important anyway? The house lights are coming up. I feel the curtain is about to drop. I'll be alright, though it's been a long night that I never want to stop. Can't be pessimistic unless you're doing something important so I'm trying on a smile tonight it's only entertainment Then trying on a different smile it's only entertainment.
6.
Cracks in brittle memory dry as old bones the last legs of Summer worn to stumps and I like where I live because it's home. Return to the womb of the soul born again the same, with a little more skill. At my side. By my side. By my side. On my side.
7.
Rain or shine it feels good to be back to look at ruins and remember buildings Good-night, City Light Dream of one day that will, or has, come. Dream you own the universe... Where would you put it? Looking at the world through a strange, new light... Anything can happen. Pretend no one is watching.
8.
On the Town 02:26
If I brought you down could I pick you up off the ground if I brought you down? You said a word. Without any sound I thought I heard you bring me down. If I took you out on the town could I bring you home if I brought you down?
